I’m Sabine from Your Health Coach and I’m here to help you develop and optimise a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
Following the motto “conscious, healthy and happy”, I offer my clients a proven and holistic concept, including: personal training, a scientifically based nutrition concept, and coaching so that you can make an impressive change to your lifestyle!
My driving force is to encourage and support people in living conscious and healthy lives. I do so using clear, achievable, and successful steps.
The program “Meal Planning with Sabine” was created in collaboration with nutrition and health experts from the Cologne Sports University and has been further developed in accordance with the latest scientific findings. Everything to simplify your everyday nutrition! The scientific anti-diet approach fits perfectly with Your Health Coach and has changed the lives of thousands of people for the better!
The time has come to share my concept with a broader target group. It is my belief that everyone should have access to professional nutrition coaching –on a reasonable budget! Losing weight, building muscle, or improving definition can sometimes feel like climbing a steep mountain. The goal can seem so far away, but it is in fact within reach. There will be ups and downs and you may be faced with unexpected obstacles. You might even have to change your course along the way.
You can of course try to tackle this climb on your own, but sometimes it helps to have someone take the weight off your shoulders. Afterall, the weight of your backpack is heavy enough!
